All products listed on our website are subject to availability. LiWH Group AB reserves the right to modify the prices and specifications of our products at any time without prior notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, or discontinuance of our products.

1. Payment and Billing

LiWH Group AB accepts payments for our products through our website using various payment methods. You, the customer, agree to provide correct and complete information for all purchases made on our website. The costs of all our products are stated clearly on our website. The prices listed do not include any applicable taxes and shipping fees. Therefore, you will be charged the amount listed at the time of your purchase, plus any applicable taxes and shipping fees.

1. Refunds and Returns

LiWH Group AB does not offer refunds or cancellations once you have purchased our training programs and/or e-books. Neither do we offer refunds for purchases of our workout wear. Our workout wear products can, if unwashed, unused, and undamaged, be returned to us in exchange for a voucher corresponding to the price of the product/products originally purchased. 

1. Shipping and Delivery

LiWH Group AB does not cover any shipping fees. We will make every effort to deliver your products to you within the estimated delivery time. However, we do not guarantee delivery dates or times and are not liable for any delays or damages caused by shipping carriers. You are responsible for providing correct shipping information, and we are not responsible for any delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Our training programs are designed to provide guidance and support for individuals seeking to improve their fitness and overall well-being. LiWH Athletic Club are not responsible for any injuries or damages that may occur from using our training programs and/or e-books. By purchasing our training programs and e-books, you assume all risks associated with their use. LiWH Group AB recommends that you contact your healthcare provider before participating in any new training programs. 

1. Intellectual Property

All the content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of LiWH Group AB and is protected by Swedish and international copyright and trademark laws. You are not allowed to reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of our content without our written consent.

In no event shall LiWH Group AB be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with your use of our products, website, e-books or training programs.
